To All the Vietnamese People !!!

Dear All of Our Vietnamese Fellow-Countrymen :

On the occasion of Tet Giap Ngo 2014 and in the sacred time of New Year Eve, We, The Grand Imperial  Council of The Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam, would like to wish all the Vietnamese People inside the Country and everywhere in the world A Happy New Year filled up with excellent health, prosperity and longevity.

However, in the happiness of The New Year for all the Vietnamese People, We are confronted with great misery and gigantic loss caused by the slavish Hanoi Communist Regime.

The Hanoi Communist Regime is the worst political regime in the world, that is originally executing out Three Methods and Measures to oppose the people tyrannously. They are as follows:

1)  The Communist Party is the unique political Party by itself governing and controlling the whole country and the people.

2). The Communist Regime is exploiting out and uses the Police force and secret-agent system to oppose directly the people. The Communist Leaders use military generals and officers from the system of the People Army and synchronizing with the force of Army to govern and oppress directly the people. 

3). The Communist Regime is using gangs, bandits, cocaine and white opium smokers from government's prison and hungry & thirsty, abandoned solely from the streets and under the bridges.  They are evacuated and been training to control and oppress the people.  They become "The people by themselves from the mob" beating and tyrannously caught all the regime's opposers.  They are under the leadership of military generals and officers wearing civilian clothes to destroy all the meetings of the people and try to kidnap stealthily all the secret leaders organizing the people's meetings.

Standing before a slavish and horrible government like The Hanoi Communist government selling out gradually the Fatherland, ocean and islands to the North enemy, We, the Nationalist People of the whole country and abroad in the world must have a system of unified force under the leadership of a nationalist government in Exile.  And later with the free vote of all the people, they will decide to choose the Constitutional Monarchist Regime or The Republican Presidential Regime.
